Céra’brique – Espace muséographique

Description

The permanent exhibition Céra’brique presents the collection of pieces of architectural ceramics made during more than 20 years by the collector Michel Pasquier. Ricognized as a historic place by the French Ministry of Culture, this collection is listed « Museum of France » in 2011. Open in april 2017 in the Fabrique Normant, the museum shows all this important collection in more than 150m of showcases. It offers a testimony of the period when facades, roofs and indoors were decorated with colourful mosaics. You can discover stamped bricks from all over France and around the world, tools and architectural pieces made in terra cotta and ceramics from the 19th and 20th centuries.
